Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Business and Management Trainer who can enhance the skills of individuals and teams in business and management areas. The trainer will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that meet client needs and help them achieve their professional goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design training materials and workshops.
• Deliver interactive training sessions.
• Assess participant performance and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with management teams to identify training needs.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in business and management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of [3-5] years of experience in training or consulting.
• Excellent communication skills.
